Welcome to Hi5 - Connect (“App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use this app. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. User Conduct

You agree to use the App responsibly and not to:

  • Use the App for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • Share or upload explicit, sexually suggestive, violent, or hateful content.
  • Harass, bully, impersonate, or threaten others.
  • Attempt to match or engage with minors.
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the App.

3. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the content you share in chats or upload (e.g., text, images). We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

4. Moderation & Safety

We use a combination of automated tools and manual review to help maintain a safe environment.

Users can:

  • Report inappropriate behavior or content.
  • Block other users.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account that violates these Terms or for any behavior we deem inappropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials in the App (except user-generated content) are owned by us or our licensors.

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide the App "as-is" and disclaim all warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App or from user interactions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Subscriptions & Payments

a. In-App Subscriptions

We offer monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store settings.

b. Free Trials

If offered, any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

c. Refunds

All purchases are handled through Apple. For refunds, please contact Apple Support directly. We cannot process refunds for in-app purchases.

d. Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If pricing changes apply to your current subscription, Apple may notify you and ask for your consent before renewal.
